As much as we would love for you to always be happy with your Ghost Goods purchases, we do understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If this is the case, please feel free to bring this to our attention within 2 weeks of receiving your item, along with your proof of purchase, and we will gladly exchange it for store credit. Please note that this would equate to the purchase price of the product and does not include delivery costs.
Products being exchanged must not be worn or used, must be undamaged and still in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns after the two week grace period outlined.
Products eligible for exchange
All products are exchangeable, with the exception of sale items, worn clothing items, jewellery or digital prints (as they are made to order). Jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged due to wear and tear or the discolouration of your jewellery.
Please note that one will need to pay for ones own postage upon return. We suggest using registered mail as Ghost Goods will not be held responsible for any lost items.
